Usually around April / May - sometimes the ads for preorders will pop up a bit earlier. Seems like last year there were quite a few problems with a lot of people not getting them in as planned.

Last year the large shipments did not come in till the end of May...there where a few small shipments at the begining...if you where a big guy buying as many as possible you got what you wanted quickly...the little guys...like myself got them late.
