The newest member of our family arrived Tuesday night - I haven't had but a few minutes of sleep here and there - she chews on everything, pees everywhere and my brain is fried!!!!

We all know what the Thread from Hell was!! Hope to get a WIR up next week!

Have an awesome weekend everyone!!!!

Great looking Aussie. I have been playing with a friends 'red merle' all day. I want one, but cannot find any female blue merles. I really like the border collies as well, so I guess I will just wait. Awesome puppy!! Male or female?

Two words:
Crate training.

They hate peeing where they sleep, so you can learn to anticipate when he/she has to pee.
Take him/her outside, treat after they pee and poop...and eventually they will learn.
To get him/her used to the crate, feed them in it, put their favorite toys in it, give them a treat whenever they get inside it.
They will learn to love the crate as "their space"...and associate it with things like food, fun and treats.

Good Luck!

We picked up a German Shepherd 2 months ago - oh my! Sleeps, eats, pees, craps (then eats it) Yuk! Just turned 4 months and 38 lbs. I never really enjoyed the puppy stage.
