I know some snakes can be sexed visually with a fair amount of accuracy. I can't find my probe set at the moment and was wondering the sex of this ball python. Can it be told by visually looking? Looking for a little help from the ball python people. I will continue to keep looking for my set. Thanks in advance.

I am 100% sure that that ball python is either a male or a female. Without popping or probing, the best odds you'll ever get are a 50% guess.

I just took it in as a rescue. I am almost sure it has a resp infection, as it keeps its head raised to aid in breathing?. I just found my probe set. I will find out the sex.
