i need some help with my cham. im not really new to chams, but im curious about different diseases, and stuff i should be worried about. let me know.

You need to give us some more info. Why are you worried? Symptoms? New cham? How is it set up? Species? WC or CB? Feeding, gutloading, and dusting (be specific)? Lighting (don't just say "correct lighting" tell us brands)? In the mean time here are good sites to read about them:
