i was wondering how you heat them and what do you use as a lid?

for my Juvie/young adult

and I use paper towel as substrate and I have t-rex 100w bulb on top... with screen top going across to hold it up... (the screen top does not cover the whole top... its just a recycled one from one of my smaller tanks)
