What do you think could be the problem? Their active at night, always trying to get out of their enclosures and they've been shedding. Does this sound like something that can be pin-pointed per say?

How old are they? First guess would be winter fast and breeding behavior.

the male is about 2 years old and the female is about a year old.

Assuming all else is good (temps, humidity, etc etc..lol) then that's about the right age, although the yearling seems a bit young. A good amount of BPs fast through the winter and eventually resume eating in Spring. As long as they are healthy (have they gone to the vets for a fecal recently?) and do not seem ill or to be losing a disproportionate amount of weight, then I wouldn't worry too much for a few more weeks. Have you changed their feeding habits? Ie: live to ft or switched to rats?You may want to try a favorite prey item to jump start them again if you are really concerned.
