100% Het Female Ball

tigerlilie2 Jun 30, 2004 06:01 PM

Just curious, but whats a reasonable price range to pay for a 100% Het Albino Female Ball Python (yearling)? I've seen lots of males up for $250 and more, but females seem to be alot more (say $550 and up, I've seen one for even $800 as a yearling!). Thanks for any help.

Well, I'm guessing its a really good thing I got an '04 female for $190 then. Wow! What a deal....that is until she's proven which wont be for a while. Cross your fingers for me....

That's an awsome deal if you got a 100% het albino female for less than $200.

you got a 50% poss het then or even a normal with a lie attatched..

now if you are really really good friends with someone you may be able to get a real 100% het for that.

but even my good friends will pay me more than that (sorry fellas).........

.......or..you got a 100% male with a fake female ID?......

....males are 100$...females are at least ....500$ more like $600

.........yep....

oh ..unless you want a "name " attatchd to it..then they are $1200......LOL

Well....I can't be absolutly sure 100% if it is a het or not until she is proven by breeding her to a known het or albino, I do have pic I.D. and signed documentation proving genetics. Maybe I went a little far, but I had to be absolutly sure about the sex of the ball, but I had it probed and it turned out to be a female. Whoo-hoo! (But, I'm still crossing my fingers although I do know this seller personally)

all hets have different prices.....

you aren't sure ? why?....

is it 100% het...?...guy is really nice to you....

if it's 66% poss het....guy is still pretty nice......

if it's a 50% poss het for albino ball.....guy made out better....sold these at around $150 each or so...in group lots....less to friends......

anyways...........

..have fun....feed well.....not too well.........

East Bay Vivarium sells them for $500.00 That is the cheapest I have seen from a regular breeder with no "connections"!
