Hi all,

This is the second email I received regarding a supposed sale to the UK. It's a scam - they send you a fake check for more than the amount of the sale, and try to get you to cash it and send them the excess. Read more about this at the BOI link below.

Here is the email, sent from Paul_spear@outgun.com:

Hello Christy Talbert, i have seen the price and its ok by me then i
have instructed my client in{usa} to issue the cashiers cheque to
you.meanwhlie i also instructed him to include $2500 on the payment
so you should expect a cashiers cheque of $4200 the excess is for my
shipper that will be coming for pick up.the funds will be used for
the shipping of the {Pastel Female} along side 3 other cars i placed order for in care of my shipper.i'll imploy you to wire the balance via western union money transfer to my shipper as soon as you RECEIVE the cheque.My SHIPPER will come for pick up on a specicified date that will be convenient for you.i hope i can count on you for my balance I
ALSO WANT THIS TO BASE ON TRUST CAN I TRUST YOU?...
P.S i will like you to give me ur contact info..also as soon as u get
the cheque,cashing store will given to you for by me for the fast
cashing of the cheque.Hope this is understandable by you.

Happend to me about 2 years ago, but I never sent him anything. I felt it was a little fishy. Contact your local FBI and they will handle it. BE CAREFUL

Thanks again for your reply, I am not trying to be sarcastic or troublesome.

I am a
small private breeder and unwilling to ship out of country or overseas.

I do have a few reasons why I don't ship out of country or overseas:

1. I am a small private breeder and lack the experience with such specializes shipments.

2. My collection is so small. I am not willing to take such a large gamble with loosing any of my snakes.

3. If I was to purchase an animal from another country I would purchase from a professional with the right criteria for shipping and such.

4. I'm the type of person that is a bit overprotective of my animals. Maybe its wrong to feel this way...that is why I consider myself a hobbiest/private breeder opposed to a worlwide shipper.

5. Their are many...many people willing to ship world wide, and albinos are so common I am very sure you will find something that will be nice for your collection.

I'm sure you will be able to find a suitable animal with professional breeders such as;

..............................and many other brokers selling albinos for the exact same price as me.
