Sad/Happy Day...

Camlon Reptiles Jul 05, 2004 08:00 AM

Yesterday Diana and I lost a very close friend to Valley Fever, Cookie. Cookie liked coming to see our snakes especially at this time of year when the hatchlings were coming and she could listen to how excited we were about what we produced. The cool thing about that is she wasn't even into reptiles, but she was the type of person who would love anything that made her friends happy. We'll miss you Cookie!

On the Happy side, when we were driving home fom the Hospital I started thinking about our 100% Het for Genetic Striped female because we've been waiting for her to lay since June 28th. We'll when we came home we found "7" (that's what we named her because she cost $7000), and 7 good eggs.

We hope everyone had a great July 4th, and a safe one!

My condolences for your loss.
Sometimes people take life for granted. I try to enjoy each day.
And your happiness with those eggs.

Sorry to hear about your friend. But every cloud has a silver lining and it seems like you may have found one.

Good luck!
