In a post farther down the forum someone posted pictures of a gorgeous female BP she got at an import bin. Where do you find locations for imports? In my area we have very few Herp fanatics so finding anything is rather difficult.

That does seem to be the case. In my area it's VERY hard to find anybody, let alone someone in the "know". Your best bet of finding a person interested in Herps is a swap meet around here.
