I was wondering how many baby silkworms you should feed a day to a young panther chameleon?

There is no magic number. If your panther is young and growing fast feed him all he wants. Once he's over a year old you can feed him every other day. To know if he's getting enough you should weigh him periodically. Look at the base of the tail in cross section. It should be oval from top to bottom, not completely round, or showing tendons and muscles distinctly. Then he's about right.
