My Cham will eat flies. If you want flies some sites sell fly cultures. Otherwise clean flies unlike wild caught flies.

If i caught flies how would i clean them?

you cant.. they get dirty from what they eat which is usually crap rotten bacteria filled stuff etc. thus ya would have to buy a culture and perhaps try raising them urself. imtrying with roaches and crickets.

Most chams love them. You can get captive housefly cultures in various stages from Grubco.com
You can get maggots, pupae, eggs, or adults from Grubco. I find getting the pupae and letting them emerge as adult flies and gutload them to be the easiest way.
