I have not seen any poops on the ground of my chameleons cage in the past week, but he seems fine eating like crazy. Any reason why this is?

Dunno. Does he look healthy? How's he eating? How long have you had him, how old is he. What sort of poop history do you have with him? Has there been any recent changes in his diet? How is he drinking? What sort of supplementations (if any) are you giving him, and how often? What are you feeding him? Are his prey items gutloaded? Have you had any recent changes to his environment, feeding schedule or anything that could impact his bowel movements in any way? When was his last vet visit? Did you perform any stool/blood work on him at this time? Is he WC (if WC, is he LTC or fresh import) or CBB? Does he spend any time outside sunning himself? What's the weather been like? Has it been exceptionally warm? How often do you mist him? What kind of watering do you do on him? How much time in a given day is allowed access to dripping water? Are you using live or plastic plants? Does he have access to the soil? Is it possible he swallowed some soil? Have you checked for possible impactions?

Then again, he could just need some prune juice.

as Victor's post so succinctly says: we need more info! Setup questions are easily accessed in link below. However, another thought might be that they hit the leaves on the way down. If you have lots of dense foliage (yes??) look on the leaves. Luna almost always pooped soon after her initial bask of the day - right where she sat - and it would almost always land on the same set of leaves - the schefflera's catch it nicely

You should be feeding him minimal mealies and other high chitin feeders and more soft bodied (silkies) and of course crickets, etc. Crix are sort of in between depending on their growth stage.
