It is over a month since my female panther was paired up (38days) and I still dont think she looks "fat". she is still eating a bit (not all that much, but still she is eating) I have tried to put the male in her sight, and she hissed at him, and darkend her colors. anyone has any ideas of what to do? I am very worried about her!

Have you decided on whether you're going to use a seperate egg laying chamber or add soil to her enclosure?
You could always move her to her egg laying chamber. I usually use a large new garbage can filled with 50 lbs of moist playsand on the bottom, with a stick for her to climb on and a heat lamp.
Perhaps giving her the opportunity to dig might help her.

ps. is it normal for at panther not to stop eating before laying? I am going for the "when she stops eating she is ready to lay" way!

Just about the only 'normal' sign would be SOME increase in weight. You may see the 'jellybean belly', or you may not. Your female may start to pace the floor ahead of time, or she just might run down there and lay with no forewarning. She may or may not quit eating before.
I think the reason why no one is answering is that there is no clear answer, to be honest. There's only two things you can do at this point. Sit down, keep calm and wait or take her to the vet and have her x-rayed.
Outside of a friendly offer for a cup of tea, coffee, or whatever your poison is, and maybe a cigarrette if you smoke, there's not too much more you can do but wait.
