veiled help

My male veiled has a sack under one eye. I triede saline, and qtips and water to flush it out. It is only in one eye so i dont think it is dehydration he gets water, i see him drink, and when i pinch his belly the crease goes away almost immediatly.He has had it for a while and still has good sight. What should I do?
