I can't say who is the very best, how could i , they are all good , talk to as many as you can , but you have a 1/2 dozen good one to choose from . It would be wrong for me to say that only the breeder i got mine from is the best . make sure who ever you get one form uses heat packs if being shipped to a cold climate .
