as stated earlier, i don't put holes in the incubation boxes for the reasons stated.

if you're talking about the boxes for housing snakes, I don't use lids--the boxes slide into the racks. I put maybe half a dozen holes, on average, on each end of the boxes. On my big boxes, for adults, i put four or five holes on each of the four sides.
