Looking for any advice about a sick wood turtle. Symptoms are some nasal discharge and lack of appetite. Keeping turtle dry and warm with access to a water bowl to drink. Discharge clearing up but when offered live earthworms to eat there was a problem. Turtle showed signs of being hungry by trying to eat the worm but then quickly released it and swam away. Any ideas/suggestions would be helpful.
