fatties kept @ what temp????

i have a few racks with fatties in them and i was wondering does anyone else in here have a similar set up? they all have their own 32qt sterilite box with heat tape ran up the back. i want to know what does everybody set their thermostat to and where they position their thermostat probe? any comments would be great!!! ill have to get some pix of my guys to show eveyone but i cant figure out how to load them yet.... one day ill figure it out lol.
