they will drink from standing water. out of about 12 tokays i have only had one that didnt want to drink. in that case i lightly misted the cage 3 times a day. he ended up doing perfictly fine. if you are afraid its not drinking, i would recomend a bubble bowl as jade fox said. they are cheaper then water falls (water falls work just as well, and look nicer).
