I met a turtle today that I am unsure of its species. It looks like a boxie, has four back toes, one belly hinge and a speckled boxie type face. He was large, 8" or so, with a very concave belly. His shell was basic browns and well worn (although not as smooth as my 25 year old boxie). Overall shape was slightly more elongated and slightly flatter than a boxie. I'm guessing a wood turtle but I'm not sure. Any ideas?
