K. integrum should be kept like most other Mexican mud turtles (except K. acutum) with moderately warm conditions for much of the year. A brief, dry winter cool down may not hurt them either. I would imagine that they would also appreciate a decent sized land area too. Good luck finding them though. I haven't seen integrum for sale for decades as Mexico absolutely forbids their exportation. Of course, there may be a breeder out there somewhere....
