I won't claim to be a satanic leaf tail expert, but I do have mossy and lineatus geckos. You'll want to go with a glass cage with a screen top. I have a layer of porous paper towels on top because these geckos need high humidity. So you need to spray the cage a couple times a day (I go morning and just before bed). In my experience unless you live in a 60 degree house, you shouldn't have any kind of heating element. The uroplatus seem to thrive in mid to low 70's, to the point I have to keep the AC pretty low in the house during the summer. As for UVB, I've heard some folks say it's optional, I personally just have a spectrum bulb with a little UV to keep the plants thriving. That's kind of the basics, if someone knows of something I missed or should change, I'm open to new info as well.
