I've never used humidity values in the 60-80% range. That is too high and generally leads to mold in the substrate. Green Anoles come from temperate climates (extreme S.E. Virginia south and west to Eastern Texas and Oklahome and south to Florida). The humidity. even in the most humid part of the summer, rarely exceeds values in the mid-50% range. I have been maintaining mine in enclosures with the humidity in the 40-55% range for many years without any problems.
