even if a gecko were to lick an amphibian ( of just about any type) there are pretty good chances it could become sick or even die depending on the species you are talking about. if for whatever reason you still are wanting to do this, atleast look for animals from the same island/country you are talking about. your other option would be to split the cage with a decorative divider or something, where the animals do not come in contact with eachother. Fimbriatus get quite large, and could easily take down a 3/4-full grown red eyed tree frog if it wanted to.
