Dwarf Frog with no hand

Can anyone give me advice? I got a new frog last week for my son. After I brought it home I realized it was missing a hand. Now, 7 days later, it looks like it is infected. It looks like it is covered with cloudy film. I have another frog in the same bowl and will remove it to keep infection from spreading. Is there anything I can do for it? I don't want it to get sick! My last frog lived for 6 years, I want this one to have a long life, too!
