Posted by: kyle85 at Tue Mar 14 16:40:20 2006 [ Report Abuse ] [ Email Message ] [ Show All Posts by kyle85 ] I have had this golden greek for about 4 years now. When I got him at a show, he was in bad shape; loaded with parasites, runny eyes, diareha, extremely shy. I took him to a vet and she gave me panacure and some eyedrops. He was good as new after the treatments were over. Now four years later he got diareha again and wasn't really acting himself. Nothing had changed to cause this that I could see so I took him to the vet(not the same one). He said he saw pinworm in the stool sample and gave me a bottle and said give 1 mL every 2 weeks for 4 doses. The only thing I can read on the lable is 27.2 mL Fenbendole/mL. Its been a week after the last dose and he still has diareha so i can only assume the worms aren't gone. His eyes might be a little sunken (i might be looking too hard), but he is very active and has a fair appetite. I spot clean every day so he shouldn't be reinfecting himself. I will call the vet tomorow but I can't just go back there because I'm 250 miles away at college, and there isn't even a pet store up here let alone a reptile vet. Has anyone ever used this med before? Did it work? Also, I read about a panacure paste on this forum, has anyone used it with sucess? Thanks for any help, I'll let you know what the vet says.
