I noticed a small lighter colored spot on my red-foots plastron today. My question is has anybody had any scale problems with their red-foots due to the substrate being constantly moist?

I keep mine on coconut husk in a closed terrarium with a pegboard back for ventilation. to keep the humidity up I mist 2x a day, which keeps the substate moist as well. Here is a pic, if anyone has an idea or has seen this please let me know. The mark is the lighter area just inside the torts right front limb.
