my frillie went throught the same thing when I moved, although mine stopped eating and moving all together. it took about 6 months and he is finally starting to get back to normal. be patient and do whatever it takes to get him water. ie, soaking, misting or if he still wont drink an eye dropper. try offering him different kinds of food, i offered mine waxworms, mealworms, silkworms, hornworms, clean earthworms, crickets, and butterworms. mine started to eat again after i gave him a hornworm aka tomato worm. they are fairly large worms so try to find a smaller one, if you can't find a pet store that has them you can order online. the other thing that helped was keeping him in a quiet room, and covering the tank. hope everything works out.
