poorly newt

HI everyone, i have two chinese fire bellied newts and one of them is very sick. he has an open wound on the front of his face which seems to be getting worse, i dont know if he has mouth rot or if the other 1 attacked him etc. it has been weeks now and i cant get him 2 eat and i am very worried he is going to die. ive tried all sorts of food etc. i need 2 cure this wound on his face but i dont know how to, i dont have an aquatic vet near me. How can i cure his wound?any advice would be greatly appreciated, thank you.
