Paul, man, sorry to hear about that. If I were you, I'd seriously take it up with the person who sold you the turtles. I mean, if he's claiming that they are captive bred then something must have happened during transit. Either that or he sold you one of his breeders that had failing health and wasn't worth it to him anymore. I'm sorry to be cynical, but it sounds like this turtle came to you in a bad way. It typically takes months for an adult turtle to tank like that. Well, maybe you just don't want the extra aggravation.

It sounds like Tom is a good breeder...how 'bout it Tom? Don't mean to put you on the spot...get it, SPOT. Sorry, I thought Paul could use some humor.
