i had a 16 inch wild caught ambanja blue panther that would take turns drinking from the water bowl with thet two adult wild caught standings it was housed with. i also have a picture of a newly aquired(at the time)henkels leaftail drinking out of still water. when i used to breed mad mads, there water bowl was dry and the female was sitting in the water bowl making a sqeaking noise when i went up to the tank. im not saying that it is necessary for them to have a water bowl ,if you mist them enough they will be just fine, but my theory is that if they will drink from it then i will provide it for them.
