housing turtles with anything else, besides other turtles is generally a bad idea, though some people get it to work. your best bet for a community tank with frogs and lizards is to use green and brown anoles and/or house geckos with green, squirrel, grey, barking, golden, and/or cuban treefrogs. The cuban, golden, and barking treefrogs can exceed 3" at times and the smaller treefrogs and very small anoles and house geckos could still fall prey to them, so be careful in which species you choose. i have had a tank such as this before and it worked out very well for 6 years, until i sold it. I had 1 adult male brown anole, 2 adult female brown anoles, 4 adult female green anoles, 3 house geckos, 2 green treefrogs, 2 squirrel treefrogs, and 1 golden treefrog in a 75 gal. aquarium with coco fibre soil and planted extensively with live tropical plants, two running waterfalls and a waterbowl for soaking. the tank was misted every other day and plants watered every 3 days. I had a screen top, which was sectioned off with plexiglass to retail moisture and increase humidity and two 60 watt basking blubs were provided alond with a UVA/UVB flourscent blub. This tank is probaly bigger than you are looking for, but if you let me know what you have or want to work with, i will try to help you out with the number of animals and the best ones for the tank.
by the way, other lizards such as three lined, five lined, and long tailed,as well as small day geckos can also be used.
