Has anyone who legally owns spotted turtle adults in the tri-state area having difficulties this year with getting your females to lay their eggs?? My group woke up rather early this spring due to the decent weather but it is now June 15th and while almost all of my other species have laid eggs or still are, my spotteds have not. I cannot even feel eggs in the bigger girls I have. I have a friend who is experiencing the same thing with his but I am curious as to if anyone else is. They all behave like they do every year and feed very well. Nothing has changed. They have been in the same enclosure for 4 years and every other year I had eggs by now. I did lose a male in hibernation this year but that is all. I'm truly puzzled, especially since my other species are producing very well and even rapdily. Please share your thoughts.

-Chris
