Congratulations on the eggs! We will have to exchange pictures of our experiences sometime.

My alligator Lizard laid her eggs in a little plastic container that she guarded as well. She blocked the entrance off with dirt. However, as soon as I took the lid off, she chickened out and ran away from the nest lol. I guess you had a more courageous Alligator Lizard. :P

I never found it necessary to use any equipment to hatch my eggs, but I guess you only used yours because you had it sitting around eh?
