Ya, cover the tray with the sran wrap, it's keeps moisture even around in the egg tray when you have the tray right under the heat source.
The incubator has worked fine for me, mine keeps a steady temp. with no problem. remember you have to keep it in a area where the outer temp stays under 82-84 degrees.
