Most snakes after theyhave been brought into captivity are pretty much "dead to the world". They arent being used to repopulate the world. I feel that in the end whatever anyone wants to say in a smug rant , people keep reptile mostly for there own enjoyment. If someone is interested in a venomous species and want to keep it as a venomoid that should bother you any less than anything else you do to alter its life. We keep them on newspaper we give the artificial light we feed the frozen food. Not to mention we breed the into crazy morphs that would never survive in the wild and are oftebtime the result of inbreeing and genetic defects. I feel it is just as unethical to breed a morph as it is to keep a venomoid. At least a venomoind animal can breed normal snake and not mutants. I do keep morphs and I'm not saying that it is wrong but common don't start harrassng people about venomoids thats there buisness. One more point the more venomoids the less venomous bite the less bad press. [ Reply To This Message ] [ Subscribe to this Thread ] [ Show Entire Thread ] | ||
