I cant imagine that there is a big enough container to house a waterdragon, let alone how crappy of a cage that would be. (sorry to diss your idea) That is no life a waterdragon should have... reconsider you alternatives.. the absolute bare minimum is a 75 gallon aquarium... and even that is too small in my eyes. You need a large enclosure, these are aboreal creatures, they need alot of time and effort.
