Take it to the vet if you can afford it. I had a rtangerine albino honduran do something simalar and it died cause i waited.
raising the temp wont do much good because it probobly is a bacterial infection and raising the temp will only stress your cali .. sorry dude, gonna cost you some bucks to get him or her fixed if it already isnt too late ........
