These guys are really cool lizards, they show as much behaviours as bearded dragons, I especially love to see them wash by rubbing there body on the walls of the water bowl, they also use there limbs to wash, I swear they are washing themselves. Then they wipe dry by dragging there body on the cork floor, belly first the both sides, it’s so funny to watch, haven’t seen any other lizards do this.
A note on the cork floor, it works excellent with these lizards, crickets can’t hide witch makes it easy for feeding, theirs no danger for accidental ingestion of ground materials, and it’s easy to clean, I simply vacuum and wipe with tissue.

Don’t know about the other species of gonocephalus and acanthosaura yet, but in my opinion capra’s rank among the best captive lizards, it’s a matter of time before we start producing designer morphs that will get the public eye on them.
