Behmn8r,
The only subspecies identified in the Rubber Boa over the years have been the Pacific Rubber Boa (Charina bottae bottae), the Great Basin or Rocky Mt. Rubber Boa (Charina bottae utahensis), and the Southern Rubber Boa (Charina bottae umbratica).

Never before have I heard about a Northern Rocky Mt. Rubber Boa or a Southern Rocky Mt. Rubber Boa.
