I didn't keep the iffy egg right till the end, but as it smelt and leaked almost immediately I was pretty sure it was a bad one, and then it got worse and got a blackish mould on it so I threw it out. I'm sure it was bad. Anyway, yes the hatchlings are small and look all vulnerable because they're in shed. Looking forward to trying them with a pinky once they've shed! I'll keep you posted.
