Before him, they were dangerous and menacing. With him, they are respected and revered. Before him, they were not needed in this world. With him, they are precious treasures. He brought light to the things that go bump in the night. He enamored us with his "dangerous" and "unusual" friends. He left a legacy and will be missed and never replaced.
