Eyelashes are fairly easy to work with, except for the occasional shoot up the hook, and prehensile tail that will make it difficult to get off it. Sometimes an extra hook is needed to coax it off. They are hot, fatal bites have occured and necrosis can be prevalent. There are a number of AV's that are very good at treating bites, Costa Rican Poly, in particular, is inexpensive and counteracts the venom very well. It won't reverse any damage the hemo creates, though. The one thing to remember is that they have a very deceptive strike range, so be careful, they will surprise you.
