The world will know few like Steve...

The intensity and degree of his passion and dedication to conservation of all wildlife go unmatched.

I had a chance to meet Steve and work at the Australia Zoo some years back... I really wish I hadn't passed that up.

This is a very sad day for me and all those inspired by this outstanding person.

My prayers are with his family, friends, Zoo, and all those affected by this now.
