If he told her that was a wish of his, I am sure she would release it. But that is not to say that any network would air it or not.

It is also possible that an underground copy will make it's way out. Not that it is the least bit respectful, but it happens with photos and videos on the internet of a high profile crime or accident. I am sure that the $$ are being offered right now to the people that have access to the taped evidence. Such a thing would generate a ton of internet traffic at the site hosting it.
