Sounds like a calcium deficiency. You need to act quickly. A trip to a herp vet would be a good idea at this point.
Make sure you gut load and dust the crickets with a calcium supplement like Miner-All Indoor Formula or Rep-Cal Ultrafine Powder. Dust the pinkies. If you get into feeding superworms dust them as well and give the worms good vegetables to get their moisture from.
A full-spectrum light is not the same as a UV light. For UV and heat check out the T-Rex UV Heat, Zoo-Med Powersun or the Mercury Vapor bulbs. If you're just looking for UV then a Zoo-Med Reptisun 5.0 UV fluorescent bulb will work. In either case make sure the bulb is within the recommended distance from the basking area.
Baby tegus grow fast and need calcium. It's very important that you dust each meal, beginning immediately.
