Hey Everyone! I was recently at Petco buying crickets for my African Fat Tailed gecko and I saw that they have a House Gecko for adoption. I love my geckos so I asked why it was for adoption and low and behold it only has ONE TOE on its left back leg..so they cant sell it! Nonetheless Im considering adopting this adorable little guy but I need some advice. Thanks to this message board I practically have my AFT's care down to a science after 2 years. I was wondering if House Geckos live in the same type of environment, and what their temperment is like. Now I've read that they are quick and like to climb, but apparently this guy isnt very good with climbing. I have an extra 10 gallon aquarium, day lamp and night lamp I could use for him, but Im curious as to how big he can get. I read 6 inches...would 10 gallons be ok? Any advice would be great!!! Thanks!
