Thanks, but you didn't actually read my post in full, or maybe I didn't write the details clearly enough.
First, I know enough to keep him from seeing the other lizards, I'm an experienced herp keeper. Especially since my other lizards (chameleons) are even more sensitive to the sight of another lizard than my Frilly Pat.
Second, I never said he had parasites, I said that was the only thing we were unable to test for at his most recent vet appointment. The cloacal wash the vet did was clean, but he wanted a stool sample to be sure since not much came out in the wash.

**A BIG thanks to Mizzy who told me that the agression could be happening due to the fact that we added a mister to Pat's cage, he may think it's mating season with the change in "weather"**

Reagardless, he eats sporatically, isn't losing weight, and hopefully he will calm down a little more soon.

Thank you anyways for your advice, I really appreciate it.
