New loggerhead

I just got a new loggerhead. At least its supposed to be one. i find it hard to tell the difference between loggerheads and razorbacks. my question is at what size to they max out at and at what temp do they stop eating and brumate? i've heard they live in spring waters where the water is cool. thanks, Steve
